Kaptur campaigns with unpopular Biden

Joe Biden is visiting Ohio to tout his reckless spending spree that led to record-high inflation, and Biden’s faithful supporter Marcy Kaptur will be there. 

During his last trip to Ohio, Kaptur praised Biden’s “outstanding” report card.
