The White House didn’t get the memo about “Latinx”

First Lady Jill Biden spoke at a “Latinx IncluXion Luncheon” today in San Antonio, Texas. 

According to a December nationwide poll of Hispanic voters: “40% of Hispanic voters find the term “Latinx” bothersome or offensive to some degree and 30% say they’d be less likely to support a politician or organization that uses the term.”

According to a recent New York Times/Sienna poll: Only 32% of Hispanic voters approve of the job President Biden is doing, while 63% disapprove. Only 21% of Hispanic voters believe the United States is on the right track, while 71% think we’re headed in the wrong direction.
