Is Mrvan “proud” of the inflation he’s caused?

CNBC reports “the consumer price index, a broad measure of everyday goods and services, soared 9.1% from a year ago, above the 8.8% Dow Jones estimate.”

But it looks like Frank Mrvan doesn’t care about his constituents suffering from inflation. In fact just months ago, Mrvan said he’s “proud” of the American Rescue plan.
