Kim & the CPC pushing back against police funding

Punchbowl News reports Andy Kim’s Congressional Progressive Caucus is pushing back on bipartisan bills that would provide additional funding for police departments.

CPC Chair Pramila Jayapal noted that for those bills to move forward, her caucus feels “there needs to be strong accountability language” regarding law enforcement.
