CRYSTAL BALL: FL-04, FL-07, FL-28 are safe Republican

Florida Democrats continue to fail. 

Sabato’s Crystal Ball is shifting FL-04, FL-07, and FL-28 to “safe Republican.”

They note, “Democrats do not appear to have the bandwidth to compete” for these seats.
