Biden adviser cites Cartwright as example of House Dem support

Matt Cartwright’s plan to run from Joe Biden and Democrats’ failed agenda might not work out as he hoped.

As other Democrats run ads breaking with Biden, one of Biden’s advisers is pointing to Cartwright as an example of vulnerable House Democrats embracing the unpopular president ahead of the midterms.

Cartwright was set to appear with Biden in Pennsylvania in July and votes with Biden 100% of the time.
