Will Greg Stanton return cash from indicted former congressman?

FEC records show, and The San Joaquin Valley Sun reports, Greg Stanton accepted $1,250 from T.J. Cox and his PAC. 

Cox was indicted last week on 15 counts of wire fraud, 11 counts of money laundering, one count of financial institution fraud, and one count of campaign contribution fraud, according to the Department of Justice. 

Will Greg Stanton return the tainted cash?
