Budzinski spreads misinformation

In a recent interview, former Biden employee Nikki Budzinski insisted there “are absolutely no tax increases for people making under $400,000” in Democrats’ Inflation Reduction Act, calling the claim “misinformation.”  

But a CBO analysis estimated those earning less than $400,000 will pay an estimated $20 billion more in taxes over the next decade.

And the Joint Committee on Taxation found it would raise taxes by $16.7 billion on taxpayers making less than $200,000.
