Julia Brownley wants more auditors, less police officers

New reporting shows a man who murdered a police officer was previously arrested twice for assault but not prosecuted by the Los Angeles district attorney. 

And if it were up to Julia Brownley, more criminals like these would be on the streets.

When police funding bills in Congress had a real shot at becoming law, Brownley instead pushed through a bill that gave $80 billion to the IRS, not the police.
