Axne claims student loan handout will reduce inflation

Cindy Axne is now claiming Biden’s $1 trillion student loan handout will be “slightly disinflationary, so it will bring down inflation”

Even the most liberal economists disagree with Axne’s absurd spin.

Ex-Treasury Secretary Larry Summers said debt cancellation will make inflation even worse.

Former Obama economic adviser Jason Furman said “[p]ouring roughly half trillion dollars of gasoline on the inflationary fire that is already burning is reckless.”
