Bohannan-Backed Bail Fund Put Murderer on the Streets

The Minnesota Freedom Fund, which was championed by Christina Bohannan, bailed out a repeat felon named Shawn Michael Tillman.

Now Tillman is charged with murder after allegedly shooting a man several times.
