VA Dems’ American Rescue Plan sent stimulus checks to death row inmates

The Washington Free Beacon reports inmates, including those serving life sentences, received more than $1 billion in stimulus checks.  

Republican lawmakers warned Democrats this would happen while the American Rescue Plan was being debated, but Elaine Luria, Abigail Spanberger and Jennifer Wexton voted for it anyway.
