SHOT: Landsman bragged, “I have helped get…rents down…”

CHASER: This week the Cincinnati Enquirer reported rents in Cincinnati are up 25% since last year and the “Cincinnati area has led the nation for the fastest pace of rent hikes in two out of the past three months.”
