Washington Post: The most surprising battleground for the House: New England
New England has emerged as a top battleground for the House majority thanks to dynamic GOP candidates and a “perfect storm” of issues in Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island, the Washington Post reports.
New Englanders are hurting thanks to the high cost of energy, rising food prices, and an increase of deadly fentanyl in their communities, and GOP candidates like George Logan, Bruce Poliquin, Karoline Leavitt, and Allan Fung are running aggressive, solution-based campaigns that are resonating with voters.
NRCC Comment: “While Democrats push their failed, out-of-touch agenda, Republican candidates in each of these districts are delivering a winning, local message that will ensure New England is part of Republicans’ path to the House majority.” – NRCC Spokeswoman Samantha Bullock
