Fentanyl floods central Oregon

The Bend Bulletin reports that fentanyl is flooding central Oregon, driving a significant spike in overdoses.  

And Jamie McLeod-Skinner supported a ballot measure in 2020 that decriminalized small possession of drugs, which lawmakers and law enforcement attribute to a significant increase in crime.
