RACE RATING CHANGE: Cook shifts CA-49 toward GOP

The Cook Political Report moved CA-49 from “Lean Democrat” to “Toss Up.” 

In 2021, Mike Levin himself foreshadowed Democrat troubles this election cycle, saying Democrats wouldn’t be reelected if they “haven’t delivered” for the American people. 

With prices still rising, and Californians struggling to afford gas and groceries, it’s clear Mike Levin hasn’t delivered and will be fired in November.
