Dina Titus and Steven Horsford back reduced penalties for violent crime

Dina Titus and Steven Horsford voted today for reduced penalties for violent crime.
Titus and Horsford voted against a measure to block dangerous changes to the Washington D.C. criminal code.
The Washington Post said it “decreases punishments for violent crimes such as carjackings, home invasion burglaries, robberies and even homicides.”
