The NRCC Won’t Forget

The NRCC will not forget House Democrats’ extreme positions and statements on the debt limit. Neither should you.

The lowlights:

• Every House Democrat endorsed raising the debt ceiling with zero corresponding spending cuts, reinforcing the point that they remain addicted to recklessly spending taxpayer money.
• Every House Democrat voted against the common-sense Limit, Save, Grow Act that would have cut spending and curbed our dependence on China.
• Hakeem Jeffries joined in with the likes of AOC & other members of the far-left to endorse abolishing the debt limit.
• Jamaal Bowman blasted common sense energy permitting reforms in the bill saying “We need to stop drilling for fossil fuels completely.”
• Pramila Jayapal threatened violence in the streets if Democrats don’t get everything they want in the deal.
• Debbie Dingell bellyached that the IRS would receive less money to target middle class families and small business for audits.

NRCC National Press Secretary Will Reinert said: “Everyday Americans would say it’s crazy to threaten catastrophic default to avoid cutting even one dollar of waste – for extreme Democrats it’s just another day on the job. The NRCC will make sure voters don’t forget it.”
