Marcy Kaptur: 40 Years, No Results

Marcy Kaptur has collected a taxpayer-funded paycheck since 1983, but has passed zero legislation that benefits Northwest Ohio.

In over 40 years in Congress, Kaptur has introduced nearly 500 bills, of which only five became law, including renaming a courthouse and designating 1986 “Save for the U.S.A Year.”

It’s no wonder Kaptur was ranked one of the least effective members of U.S. House.
