Washington gas prices second worst in the U.S.
June 13, 2023
Gas prices are surging thanks to extreme policies like the new government carbon tax.
Drivers can blame politician Kim Schrier, who voted against the Lower Energy Costs Act this year.
Schrier previously backed a similar extreme government carbon tax proposal that would have raised the gas tax by 57 cents.
Gas prices have surged by over 50 percent since Biden took office.
“Commuting to work and summer road trips already cost more because of the extreme policies pushed by Kim Schrier and her allies. Working people can’t afford the Kim Schrier-backed gas tax hikes.” – NRCC Spokesperson Ben Petersen
