California gas prices skyrocket above $5.00 per gallon

California gas prices skyrocketed above $5.00 per gallon today.

Central Valley drivers can thank self-serving politicians Rudy Salas and Melissa Hurtado for making their pain at the pump worse.

Hurtado and Salas supported hiking the gas tax. Hurtado and Salas’ most recent gas tax hike went into effect on July 1.
