About Pat Ryan’s struggles w/ Hispanic voters
Democrats’ increasing struggles with Hispanic voters are well documented, but it hits especially close to home in New York’s 18th Congressional District.
“The national average for Latino voting-age populations in a House district is around 13%. While Latino voters in targeted districts in Texas, Florida, and California make up well over 50% of the voting-age population, districts like Pennsylvania’s 7th, Virginia’s 7th, Connecticut’s 5th, and New York’s 18th all have a higher Hispanic voter share than the national average, making the Democrats who represent those district more susceptible to swings in Latino support.”
“Pat Ryan chases an extreme agenda at the expense of New York Hispanics’ livelihoods. He will continue to hemorrhage support.” – NRCC Spokeswoman Savannah Viar
