REPORT: Vicente Gonzalez’s hypocrisy on the border

A new Fox News report this morning calls out Vicente Gonzalez for trying to cover his anti-border security tracks by joining a weak letter that does nothing to actually tackle the open southern border.

The truth is that Gonzalez is against border security. He has:

• Voted against hiring more CBP agents and streamline the asylum process.
• Voted against deploying improved technology to the southern border.
• Voted against ending catch and release.
• Voted against strengthening and streamlining the asylum process.
• Voted against deporting illegal immigrants who lead Border Agents on a high-speed chase.
• Voted against removing Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas (twice). 
• Cosponsored a bill to give amnesty to more than 2 million illegal immigrants.
• Voted against legislation to combat the opioid crisis.
• Voted against sharing criminal information with DHS authorities to deport illegal immigrants posing a public safety or national security risk.
