Saying the Quiet Part Out Loud

Democrats just said the quiet part out loud. Today, Jared Golden just voted to allow the census to continue counting noncitizens. By including noncitizens in congressional district apportionment, they are letting sanctuary cities and states get outsized representation in Congress.
