NRCC Statement on NV-03 Primary Election

The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) released the following statement on Nevada’s 3rd congressional district primary election:

“Congratulations to Drew Johnson on his primary election victory. Drew’s expertise on national defense and economic policy provides an opportunity to connect with voters on protecting our borders and fighting inflation. We look forward to holding Susie Lee accountable for votes that made life more expensive and dangerous by enabling Bidenflation and refusing to secure the border.” – NRCC Spokeswoman Delanie Bomar 

Background:

• Recent polling shows Nevada is trending in favor of Republicans, which is likely to have down-ballot effects that will cost Nevada Democrats in House races like NV-03.
• NV-03 is a D+1 district and is considered the most competitive of all Nevada congressional seats.
