🚩 Emilia Sykes may not be able to vote for herself

October 21, 2024

Emilia Sykes may not be eligible to vote in the very district she represents because she lives in Columbus and not Akron.

This week, the Summit County Board of Elections will hold hearingsto investigate shocking allegations that Emilia Sykes is registered to vote in Akron when files show she’s a primary resident in Columbus.

Secretary of State Frank LaRose weighed in and authorized the county board to hold a hearing over Sykes’ voting eligibility.

“Northeast Ohioans are dealing with the unfortunate consequences of Sykes’ extreme policies that have led to open borders, unsafe communities and a crippled economy — but she would never know because she’d rather be selling out her constituents with her elitist liberal friends in Columbus and Washington. Northeast Ohio deserves better.”— NRCC Spokesman Mike Marinella
