1. He voted against securing the border.
2. He voted against condemning Biden’s border policies.
3. He said he’s “content” with the border crisis.
4. He voted against hiring more CBP agents and streamline the asylum process.
5. He opposed deploying improved technology to the southern border.
6. He voted against ending catch and release.
7. He said he’s all in on Harris’ “very good plan” for the border.
8. He voted against strengthening and streamlining the asylum process.
9. He opposed deporting illegal immigrants who endanger the lives of Border Agents.
10. He said Biden and Harris have positively impacted the southern border.
