Another Derek Tran Political Ploy Puts Californians at Risk

Out-of-touch Democrat Derek Tran is now leading the Democrat circus, pushing weak Senator Schumer to shut down the government and put Californians and American workers in jeopardy. This is nothing more than another desperate, pathetic ploy by Tran to score cheap political points.

Tran is putting politics above all else, completely disregarding how his vote will harm Southern Californians.

• Southern Californians’ safety may be threatened as law enforcement officers, members of the military, and TSA workers might not get paid.
• There are 1.6 million veterans in the state that will lose out on critical programs — including employment assistance programs.
• The 10,349 federal workers in Tran and Min’s districts may have to work WITHOUT getting paid.
• Millions in loan financing for the state’s 4.2 million small businesses will be jeopardized.
• Funding for the Head Start program — which 50,574 children in California rely on — may be cut off.
