NEW NRCC Battleground Poll: David Schweikert Has One Big Beautiful Advantage
A new NRCC battleground survey of 46 House districts, including Arizona’s 1st district, shows Representative David Schweikert is well positioned to win heading into the 2026 election.
The new polling shows President Trump’s One Big Beautiful Bill gives Representative David Schweikert a decisive messaging advantage, both to highlight wins for working families and to hammer Democrats for opposing them. The survey found voters are more likely to vote for a Republican, like Rep. Schweikert, who:
- Voted for the largest middle class tax cut in generations, worth up to $11,000 per year for a typical family
- Cut taxes for households under $100,000
- Backed pro-growth policies protecting/creating 7.2 million jobs and 1 million small business jobs annually
- Protected a 25 percent increase in Medicaid funding to ensure coverage stays intact
- Cut taxes on tips, overtime and Social Security
