Costa held our troops’ paychecks hostage for leverage

Our heroes were on the brink of missing pay because Jim Costa chose political games over governing. Instead of helping, Costa held our troops’ livelihoods hostage for leverage. President Trump stepped in to ensure our troops got paid and House Republicans backed him up. Costa needs to explain why protecting partisan power mattered more than paying the men and women who serve.
