42 Days of Suffering Later, and Josh Riley Still Wants the Government Shut Down

Josh Riley and House Democrats forced hardworking New Yorkers to suffer through the longest government shutdown in a disgusting and shameless display of just how far left they will go to appease their radical socialist base and earn political “leverage.”

Finally, after achieving nothing for 42 days except furloughing workers, grounding flights, risking pay for troops, and union after union begging them to stop the chaos, the Senate and House of Representatives has passed funding to reopen the government. 
 
Unfortunately for New Yorkers, Josh Riley voted no. And on top of that, Riley just voted AGAINST $7,664,000 in critical funding for NY-19.
