The Democrat primary in Michigan’s 7th congressional district is four months away and out of touch Democrats Matt Maasdam, Bridget Brink, and William Lawrence are laser-focused on attacking each other. 

While Democrats are in disarray in a messy primary characterized by infighting, Congressman Tom Barrett continues to deliver commonsense results for Mid-Michigan in Congress.

• William Lawrence continues to attack Matt Maasdam and Bridget Brink for being “non-local” while stating, “Democratic powerbrokers are pushing two candidates who’ve never even lived here.”
• Bridget Brink is under attack from Matt Maasdam for “having owned shares in a major American lithium company at the time she was the U.S. ambassador to Ukraine, which has one of the largest reserves of the precious resource.”
• Matt Maasdam is taking fire for shipping jobs to China and Guatemala and using cheap labor to line his own pockets.
