NRCC Statement on NM-02

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) released the following statement on New Mexico’s 2nd Congressional District primary election: 

“For years, defund the police Gabe Vasquez has made life for New Mexicans worse by supporting the biggest tax hike in American history, opposing law enforcement, and trying to shut down the oil and gas industry. This November, voters will reject Vasquez’s extremism and elect U.S. Marine and 20-year Albuquerque Police Department officer Greg Cunningham to represent them.” – NRCC Spokesman Reilly Richardson
