Instead of Protecting California Taxpayers, Whitesides is Enabling Fraud.

House Republicans are focused on preventing fraud in government to protect Californians’ tax dollars. But George Whitesides? He just voted to enable it.

That’s right, George Whitesides just voted AGAINST a commonsense resolution denouncing those who defraud taxpayers and pledging support for stronger safeguards against fraud, including through verifying eligibility before taxpayer dollars are wrongfully sent out the door.
