THREE DAYS after FOX26 asked Socialist Randy Villegas to explain a catastrophic failure on his watch, he still refuses to answer.

Villegas and his fellow board members went silent when asked why Visalia Unified rehired DeJaun Jones despite prior allegations that he sent inappropriate messages to students and later pleaded guilty to 11 felony counts for sexually abusing two students and was sentenced to five years in state prison.

Three days. No explanation. No apology. No accountability.
