ICYMI: Jim Gallagher cuts California’s red tape

In case you missed it, Congressman Jim Gallagher delivered for California businesses and workers by stopping another costly California emissions mandate.

Gallagher’s resolution blocks the EPA authorization allowing California to impose burdensome new emissions requirements on commercial harbor craft, including tugboats, ferries, workboats, and other vessels that keep California’s economy humming.
