ICYMI: Brooks’ Democrat Party Blocks Bill to Ban Congressional Stock Trading

This week, Bob Brooks’ Democrat Party blocked the Stop Insider Trading Act, protecting politicians who get rich trading stocks on information the public never sees.

While Congressman Ryan Mackenzie and House Republicans passed a ban on members of Congress, their spouses, and their kids buying individual stocks, Brooks’ party fought to keep Washington’s insider trading racket open for business. Pennsylvania families deserve representatives who work for them, not their stock portfolios.
