ICYMI: Kathy Castor’s Democrat Party Blocks Bill to Ban Congressional Stock Trading

This week, Kathy Castor’s Democrat Party blocked the Stop Insider Trading Act, protecting politicians who get rich trading stocks on information the public never sees.

While House Republicans have fought for a ban on members of Congress, their spouses, and their kids buying individual stocks, Kathy Castor’s Party has done the opposite. They’ve fought to keep Washington’s insider trading racket open for business, which is no surprise, given that Castor’s own wealth has ballooned thanks to her prolific (and at times even illegal) stock trading habits.

Florida families deserve representatives who work for them, not their stock portfolios.
