Democrats sound alarm bells on Dina Titus vulnerability
Republicans are on offense and extreme Democrats are panicking about Dina Titus.
In a Friday night news dump, the DCCC added Titus to their list of endangered members the same week Titus landed on National Journal’s “Retirement Watch” list.

NOTE: NRCC Spokesperson Ben Petersen told The Globe, “Democrats are admitting what we’ve known all along. Dina Titus is woefully out of step with Nevada voters.”

On the heels of her abysmal Q3 fundraising numbers, her addition to the program signals her vulnerability
This week, The Globe reported that the National Journal put Rep. Dina Titus (NV-1) on “retirement watch” due to her abysmal fundraising numbers. According to her FEC filing, Titus raised only $122,000 in the third quarter. Today, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) has identified Titus as most at risk in the 2024 election. Titus, one of the first Democrats to back President Biden in 2020, votes with the President 100 percent of the time according to Five Thirty Eight.
Some of her most controversial votes include voting to extend the national COVID-19 emergency declared on March 13, 2020, lowering penalties for a number of violent crimes, including robberies and carjackings, opposed HR-1 that sought to expand clean energy initiatives through cutting bureaucratic red tape and investing in natural gas and mining resources abundant in the Silver State, and was the sole Nevada representative appointed to the Biden-Harris National Advisory Board to deliver the campaign’s message. The National Advisory Board includes a group of 50 progressive congressman, mayors and governors from around the country, including Speaker Emeritus Nancy Pelosi.
According to recent polls, her allegiance to Biden comes at a time when his approval rating falls below 40 percent and gas prices in Nevada have surged to near-record highs. In 1997, Titus supported gas tax legislation that automatically raised Nevada’s fuel tax by the exact amount of any reduction at the federal level.
