Violent crime jumped in Oregon

November 1, 2023

Violent crime jumped 16.6 percent in Oregon since 2019.

Val Hoyle voted for reducing penalties for violent crime including carjackings, home invasion burglaries, robberies and even homicides.

“It is no coincidence that violent crime surged after extreme Democrats embraced the defund the police, soft-on-crime ideology. Val Hoyle is an enabler of the extreme liberal policies fueling this crime wave.” – NRCC Spokesperson Ben Petersen
